Job summary

Blue Ridge Community Health Services, Inc. is seeking a PRN (as needed) Panel Manager to join our Clinical Team in Hendersonville, NC. This role involves analyzing and managing healthcare data for patient panels to improve service delivery. Candidates should hold a current RN/LPN license in North Carolina and preferably have experience in public health or ambulatory care.

Qualifications

• Current RN/LPN license in the state of North Carolina or BS in health related field.

• Manage daily patient schedule, assess availability and triage work-ins.
• Act as a liaison between patients and clinical teams to ensure quality care.
