Job summary

The position requires on-call availability during select non-business hours and a strong commitment to evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN license in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while applying evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure safe patient care.
• Independently deliver nursing care using the nursing process, critical thinking, and clinical judgment.
• Assess patient condition, monitor changes, and document care thoroughly.
• Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up steps.
