Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health/human services field.
• 1 year of experience in health and human services required.
• Pass PA Criminal Background Check.
• Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances.
• Pass a Drug Screen.
• Complete a 2-Step TB Test.
• CPR/First Aid Certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy.
• Develop and monitor patient treatment plans and outcomes.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Coordinate continuing care planning and referrals.
• Maintain HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with treatment team and referral sources.
