Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.
• Experience facilitating individual and group counseling sessions.
• Understanding of addiction, recovery, and co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Develop and revise treatment plans with the treatment team.
• Perform ongoing assessments and adjust care as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Coordinate continuing care and referrals as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Education
