Job summary

Gateway Rehab is seeking a PRN Outpatient Therapist for our Green Tree, PA location. You will deliver evidence-based therapy and support individuals on their recovery journey, helping them build skills and resilience for lasting change.

You will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in an outpatient setting, providing individual, group, and family counseling, with a focus on trauma-informed care and prepared to coordinate ongoing care and referrals as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a health or human services field.
• 1 year of experience in health and human services preferred.
• Experience in addiction treatment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using trauma-informed, evidence-based practices.
• Develop and modify patient treatment plans with the treatment team.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time.
• Coordinate continuing care planning and referrals as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
