Job summary

Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is seeking a PRN Outpatient Therapist at our New Kensington, PA location. You will provide evidence-based therapy to individuals on their recovery journey, helping them build skills, resilience, and confidence for lasting change.

As part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you’ll deliver individual, group, and family counseling, conduct progress assessments, and maintain thorough documentation while adhering to HIPAA and DDAP regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health or human services and 1 year of experience.
• Pass PA Criminal Background Check.
• PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances.
• Pass a Drug Screen.
• Complete a 2-Step TB Test.
• Obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Experience in outpatient addiction treatment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy including individual, group, and family sessions.
• Develop and monitor patient treatment plans with the treatment team.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Coordinate referrals and continuing care as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA, OMHSAS, DPW, and DDAP regulations.
