Universal Health Services, Inc. invites applications for a PRN Outpatient Therapist at Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire. The role supports patients in our intensive hospitalization program (IOP) and partial hospitalization program (PHP).

A Master’s degree in a clinical field and Texas licensure (LMSW/LCSW/LPC) are required, with experience in family and group therapies and crisis intervention. You will join a dedicated team in a patient-first environment, with opportunities for growth,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or a clinical mental health field is required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a psychiatric health care facility with family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills.
• Licensure in Texas as LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPC-A, or LPC-S is required.
• CPR and Handle With Care certifications; may be obtained during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to patients attending the IOP and PHP programs.
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapies as part of treatment.
• Perform clinical assessments and crisis intervention as needed.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to implement care plans.
