Job summary

Cambridge Health & Rehabilitation seeks a PRN Outpatient Speech-Language Pathologist to support mobile and ALF outpatient services in Sugarland and Missouri City, TX. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, while coordinating with families and care teams.

License as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required, with openness to all experience levels.

Qualifications

• Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels.
• Mobile and ALF outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment for communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in outpatient settings.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services based on patient evaluation and referrals.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and caregivers related to speech disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries per regulatory and clinical requirements.
