Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Licensed to practice pharmacy in the state and dispense controlled substances.
• Current knowledge of state and federal regulations and statutes regarding the practice of pharmacy.
• Effective communication, people management, and project management skills.
• Immunization certification if applicable to practice site needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and optimize medication use.
• Support Pharmacy Manager in daily operations and workflow development.
• Counsel patients and ensure high-quality patient education and adherence.
• Supervise interns, technicians, and support staff as required.
• Identify safety hazards and drive process improvements to enhance patient care.
