Job summary

Concept Rehab is seeking PRN Occupational Therapists to provide services across multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the greater Dayton, Ohio area. You will choose locations and schedules, and are not expected to work at every facility.

Assignments depend on your geographic area, availability, and commute. Opportunities are available in Dayton, Kettering, Centerville, Yellow Springs, and Waynesville.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Ohio.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled occupational therapy services that improve independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Address activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, cognition, positioning, and functional mobility.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Participate in care conferences and discharge planning.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and therapeutic interventions to maximize patient outcomes.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation and daily billing.
• Educate residents, caregivers, and facility staff on restorative and functional maintenance programs.
