Job summary

Concept Rehab is seeking PRN Occupational Therapists to provide services across multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the greater Cincinnati area. Choose locations that work best for you with flexible PRN scheduling.

You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, address ADLs, mobility, cognition, and collaborate with care teams to maximize patient outcomes. Current Ohio OT license required.

Qualifications

• Current OT license in Ohio.
• Strong clinical judgement and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled occupational therapy services that improve independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Address ADLs, upper extremity function, cognition, positioning, and functional mobility.
• Supervise COTAs as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in care conferences and discharge planning.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and interventions to maximize outcomes.
• Complete timely documentation and daily billing.
• Educate residents, caregivers, and facility staff on restorative and functional maintenance programs.
