Concept Rehab, Inc invites PRN Occupational Therapists to provide skilled OT services at multiple facilities in the greater Dayton, Ohio area. You choose the locations that fit your schedule and are not required to work at every site, with assignments based on your availability and geography.

You'll evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to improve independence and safety.

Qualifications

• OT degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate) and active Ohio OT license.
• Strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and collaboration with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled occupational therapy services to improve independence and safety.
• Address ADLs, upper extremity function, cognition, positioning, and mobility.
• Supervise COTAs as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in care conferences and discharge planning.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and interventions to maximize outcomes.
• Complete timely documentation and daily billing.
• Educate residents, caregivers, and facility staff on restoration and maintenance programs.

Concept Rehab is seeking PRN Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide services across multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the greater Dayton, Ohio area.

Flexible Schedule | Therapist-Owned & Operated

Choose the locations that work best for you. Therapists are not expected to work at every facility. Assignments are based on your preferred geographic area, scheduling availability, and commute.

Competitive compensation is offered and is based on experience, qualifications, and applicable market factors.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled occupational therapy services that improve independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Address activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, cognition, positioning, and functional mobility.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Participate in care conferences and discharge planning.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and therapeutic interventions to maximize patient outcomes.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation and daily billing.
• Educate residents, caregivers, and facility staff on restorative and functional maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Ohio.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
