Job summary

Powerback Rehab in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence and function. This in-facility role offers a referral bonus program and the chance to join a compassionate, growth‑minded Rehab team dedicated to patient‑centered care.

You will assess patient needs, create recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and aides.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid and unencumbered OT license as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.
• Help patients regain independence and improve physical abilities.
• Collaborate with peers and refer to others to ensure comprehensive care.
