Powerback Rehab in Rio Rancho is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to assess patients, develop recovery plans, and provide high-quality physical therapy services in a facility setting. You will be part of a collaborative rehab team and work toward restoring patient independence.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, teaching skills to patients and caregivers, and coordinating with the Director of Rehab to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in practice state(s).
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Master’s in PT-related field with a Bachelor's in PT.
• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated for US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy and monitor progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer when appropriate.

Education

Licensed Physical Therapist (state)

Master's Degree in Physical Therapy

Master's Degree in PT-related field + Bachelor's in PT
