Select Physical Therapy in Ormond Beach, FL is seeking local Occupational Therapists for PRN outpatient coverage. New grads may be considered with outpatient fieldwork; at least 1 year of experience is required. You will treat hand and upper-extremity, industrial, and orthopedic injuries in a per diem outpatient setting.

Center hours vary; open weekdays with some evenings. Opportunities to build referrals, participate in CEU courses, and advance your skills in a supportive, independent practice.”

Qualifications

• New graduates with outpatient fieldwork may be considered; at least 1 year of experience is required.
• Graduate of an accredited school for occupational therapy.
• State Occupational Therapist license or license eligible.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid state driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Provide OT care for hand and upper-extremity injuries and industrial cases.
• Collaborate with referring physicians to establish patient goals and treatment plans.
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes consistent with state laws and clinic policies.
