• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Current Occupational Therapy license in State of Ohio.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Hand Therapy experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of job-related experience.
• Able to multi-task with interruptions while maintaining professionalism.
