Monticello Post-Acute and Rehab in Monticello, FL is seeking dedicated PRN Occupational Therapists for our in-house rehab program. Join a stable, in-house therapy team serving geriatric patients in their recovery journey. OT licensed therapists at all experience levels are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist license is required.
• Open to Occupational Therapists at all experience levels. New Grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary interventions.
• Assist with standing, walking, lifting, transfers as needed.
• Administer procedures as part of rehab plan (manual techniques, exercises, modalities).
• Provide counseling to patients and families regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards.
