• Current Physical Therapist license required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing care plans that meet regulatory standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Assist with patient transfers and ambulation as needed; provide safe handling and lifting.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients and families about physical disorders and discharge planning.
