Job summary

Innovate Rehab and Wellness in Nevada, MO is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist for PRN shifts in a skilled nursing facility. This role offers flexible, as-needed scheduling and a competitive hourly rate based on experience, with a focus on one-on-one patient care.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and support independence and quality of life while collaborating with the care team. New grads welcome; CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state OT license required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and therapy needs.
• Create and deliver individualized treatment plans.
• Help patients improve motor skills, coordination, and daily function.
• Collaborate with care team and train patients on exercises and adaptive devices.
• Document progress and stay current with OT best practices.
