Job summary

Innovate Rehab and Wellness in Arcadia, LA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for PRN shifts in a skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate patients, plan personalized treatments, and help restore independence.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state OT license required to practice in Louisiana.
• Experience as an OT preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and therapy needs.
• Create and deliver individualized treatment plans.
• Help patients improve motor skills, coordination, and daily function.
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, physicians, and the care team.
• Document patient progress and treatment changes accurately.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety.
