Job summary

Cooper River Post Acute, a 176-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Mount Pleasant, SC, seeks a PRN Occupational Therapist to help residents regain independence and improve quality of life.

You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, provide OT services, document progress, and collaborate with nursing and medical staff. A SC license is required; SNF experience preferred. Pay is $50/hr with flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current South Carolina OT license.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy services to improve mobility and independence.
• Document progress and maintain records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers.
• Supervise assistants when appropriate.
