Job summary

Cooper River Post Acute in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to help residents regain strength and independence in a fast-paced nursing home setting.

You will evaluate and treat patients, communicate with families and doctors, maintain medical records, and participate in staff training. We offer competitive hourly pay, birthday pay, free CEU, and PRN opportunities across SC facilities.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college/university.
• South Carolina Licensed Physical Therapist (Required).
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-admissions healthcare setting.
• CPR Certification (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families and health team members.
• Maintains documentation of services in the medical records.
• Conducts in-services and training for facility staff.
