Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license for the practicing state.
• CPR certification and TB testing as required.
• Familiarity with assisted living, independent living, geriatrics or home health.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in meetings.
• Discharge evaluations with safety recommendations and referrals.
• Communicate needs and progress to the treatment team and families.
• Supervise OT assistants as needed and collaborate with other disciplines.
