Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will assist patients by following individualized plans of care and participating in treatment programs.

You will help implement OT treatment, document patient responses, and communicate with the OT, Rehab Director, and staff to ensure quality outcomes and seamless care.

Qualifications

• OTA must be qualified and licensed where required.
• Works under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Support and contribute to individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients by following individualized plans of care.
• Participate in developing and implementing OT treatment programs based on patient needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of OT treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses after each visit.
• Provide ongoing communication with the Occupational Therapist, Rehab Director, and facility staff.
