Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks an Occupational Therapist for PRN daytime coverage at Lafayette Pointe in West Lafayette, Ohio. The role supports our standard of care by delivering consistent therapy with the same clinical standards as full-time staff.

Requirements include a Master’s or Doctorate in OT, an active state license, and NBCOT certification. A minimum of one year of OT experience is preferred to contribute to individualized treatment planning and patient education on equipment

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
