Job summary

Norman Regional is seeking a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant to support an orthopedic floor with day shift duties. The role involves providing basic patient care, ensuring a safe and clean environment, and relaying vital signs to the patient nurse.

You will also assist with patient processing, coordination, and limited clerical tasks. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, CNA certification or six months of recent nursing assistant experience, and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification or 6 months healthcare experience required.
• Current BLS certification required and maintained during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Take and record vital signs and report to nurse.
• Assist with processing of patients and coordination of care.
• Provide clerical receptionist support and assist with department needs.
