Texas Spine and Joint Surgical Center is seeking a PRN OR Nurse specialized in ortho and spine to support perioperative care. You will assist in surgeries, prepare the OR, monitor vitals, and help patients recover in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of orthopedic/spine nursing, an active RN license, BLS and ACLS, plus proficiency with EMR systems. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and accurate documentation.

Formación

• 1+ year in orthopedic and spine nursing.
• Active RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in orthopedic and spine surgical procedures following established protocols.
• Prepare and maintain operating room environment for orthopedic and spine cases.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to any perioperative complications.
• Collaborate with the dedicated orthopedic and spine team to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Educate patients and families on preoperative and postoperative care.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.

Job Description The PRN OR Nurse - Ortho and Spine plays a crucial role in providing specialized perioperative care within a dedicated orthopedic and spine team.
