This opportunity is tailor‑made for an attorney interested in working on significant, high‑profile cleanup and litigation matters, some involving the region’s most prominent development and waterways, for a sophisticated client base.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in environmental law including regulatory/compliance and/or litigation, ISRA, side remediation, and due diligence experience
• Portable business is a plus but not required
• Admission in New Jersey and New York

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $195,000-$210,000 reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job‑related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
