Salary:

$85,000 - 110,000 annually, depending on experience

Maraziti Falcon, LLP provides representation in the areas of environmental law, redevelopment law, local government, land use, construction and litigation before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. The majority of the firm's clients are public entities and the practice is focused on transactional redevelopment matters as well as air, water, wastewater permitting and compliance; enforcement defense; bidding requirements; construction and insurance claims; recovery of damages and cleanup costs. The firm represents clients in connection with matters running the gamut from selling or purchasing contaminated property to tax appeals, to condemnation actions, to litigating public bidding issues.
