The New York City, New York office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Corporate Associate for its Business Combinations and Capital Transactions Practice Group.

Compensation

The salary range for this role reflects a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job‑related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

New York: $220,000-$235,000

Associates Are Also Eligible For

• Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
