Job summary

Medcor is seeking an EMT, Paramedic, or LPN to join as an Onsite Health Technician in our Osceola, IA clinic on a PRN basis. The role involves first aid, triage of injured employees, and support of wellness education, with no guaranteed hours.

You'll manage daily clinic operations, order supplies, and coordinate with Safety Team and HR, while using EMR software. CPR/BLS and current licensure are required; the position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure for EMT, Paramedic or LPN in Iowa.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to work independently with good time management.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 lb and handling first aid tasks.
• Proficient with EMR software and basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage health service functions and daily clinic operations.
• Triage workplace injuries and illnesses using Medcor MCPs.
• Provide first aid, wellness education, and support for employees.
• Document and manage information in EMR and client records.
• Collaborate with Safety Team and HR on clinic issues.
• Perform pre-employment screenings and physical assessments.
