Job summary

Medcor is seeking an EMT, Paramedic, or LPN for a PRN Onsite Health Technician role in Cedar Falls, IA. The position involves providing injury and illness evaluation and treatment at an employer-based occupational health clinic and serving as a liaison for health programs and client policies.

Responsibilities include responding to injuries, coordinating physicals/ DOT screenings, and supporting wellness events while traveling to new client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Valid EMT or Paramedic license/certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and treat work-related injuries/illnesses within license scope and SOPs.
• Coordinate post-offer physicals and DOT requirements with HR and physicians.
• Manage workers' compensation cases and return-to-work programs.
• Travel to new client sites as needed.
• Collaborate with client departments, HR, EH&S, and security to ensure service alignment.
• Support health/wellness programs and events at client sites.
• Maintain onsite clinic and manage supplies/inventory.
