Job summary

Medcor in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking an Onsite Health Technician (EMT, Paramedic, or LPN) to work on a PRN basis in our employer-based clinic. Typical shifts include Monday 11:00am–7:00pm and Tue–Fri 10:00am–8:00pm, with no guaranteed hours.

You will perform patient care, manage workers’ compensation cases, support Return-to-Work programs, and coordinate with local providers. Strong licensure, CPR/BLS, and EMR proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid licensure for the position.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong computer and EMR skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with medical and operational leadership at Medcor and client staff.
• Provide patient care and ongoing workers’ compensation case management.
• Facilitate Return to Work (RTW) programs and monitor treatment plans.
• Work closely with outside medical providers.
