Job summary

Medcor is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support on-site occupational health clinics in Lancaster and Leola, PA on a PRN basis. Responsibilities include patient care, workers’ compensation case management, Medical Surveillance Testing, RTW program facilitation, and coordination with external providers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with medical and operational leadership, use of EMR for documentation, and delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced worksite environment.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Proficient with EMR systems and basic computer skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Willing to work PRN across varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in on-site clinics.
• Manage workers' compensation cases and RTW programs.
• Conduct Medical Surveillance Testing.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations leadership.
• Document care in EMR and maintain charts.
