Job summary

Medcor seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on a PRN basis to join an onsite health clinic at a modern employer facility in East Hanover, NJ. The role operates Monday–Friday, 8AM–4:30PM EST, with starting pay at $35/hour and potential for growth based on licensure and experience.

The Onsite Health Technician will deliver primary clinical care, supervise clinic operations, and collaborate with medical leadership and client contacts to ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and work in a dynamic clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operations at the onsite clinic.
• Provide superior customer service to client and employees.
• Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses per Medcor protocols.
• Build and maintain internal team relationships.
• Support onsite employee health and wellness initiatives.
• Pre-employment and post-offer screenings; document care using EMR.
