Job summary

Concentra, Inc. seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an onsite construction-site clinic in Fairless Hills, PA.

You will support practitioners, perform clinical tasks, and manage patient flow and documentation, ensuring accurate records and regulatory compliance. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing and active state licensure, with preferred one year in occupational health and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college.
• Current state nursing license.
• UDS, BAT, PFT, FIT certifications.
• 1 year occupational health nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam room and assist practitioner.
• Draw blood and prepare lab paperwork for pickup.
• Perform urine drug screens with chain of custody; prepare for shipment.
• Maintain exam, lab and treatment rooms; manage inventory.
• Maintain medical records with HIPAA/PHI confidentiality.
• Dispense medications as directed by practitioner; in accordance with state regulations.
• Perform ancillary testing (PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms, blood draws).
