Moffitt Cancer Center in Florida is seeking an Oncology Technician PRN to assist with activities of daily living and provide basic nursing care to oncology patients. You will support a Registered Nurse and help maintain a safe, clean environment in a compassionate care setting.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, and nursing-related study with Basic Life Support and CNA credentials. The role is on-site and part-time as needed, with a focus on patient comfort and safety.

Minimum Licensure (Other): CNA not required for students who have completed nursing fundamental course and are actively enrolled in nursing program (LPN, ASN, ADN, BSN). Must submit transcripts to department manager a minimum of twice per calendar year. Must provide authorization to test (ATT-NCLEX RN or ATT-NCLEX-PN, schedule and pass the test within 90 days of graduation from nursing program, as appropriate.

Training Required:

• Successful completion of Moffitt's Oncology Technician orientation and checklist within the first ninety days of employment.
• Basic familiarity with nursing procedures and knowledge of medical terminology.
• Fundamental computer skills.
• Demonstrated communication, organization and critical thinking skills.

Salary Range $21.50 - $21.50
