Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support Oncology patients with daily living activities and basic nursing care under a Registered Nurse.

Candidates should be a Florida CNA with patient care experience in an acute care setting; BSN student (completed Nursing Fundamentals); and BLS certification. Inpatient experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA with patient care experience in an acute care setting.
• Student currently enrolled in BSN program (must have completed Nursing Fundamentals).
• 1 year of inpatient hospital experience (preferred).

Summary

Assist with activities of daily living and provide basic nursing care to Oncology population. Assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Adheres to rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies. **must be able to attend first full week or new hire orientation M-F 8A-4:30P

The Ideal Candidate

Salary Range

$17.17 - $25.90
