Job summary

Hamilton Health Box in Wisconsin seeks a per-diem On-Site Clinical Assistant to support daily clinical and administrative operations of a HHB location. You will interact with patients for scheduling and follow-up, assist with screenings and education, and coordinate care with providers and pharmacy services.

The role requires LPN/LVN license, BLS certification, strong communication, and ability to travel between clinics.

Qualifications

• State Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
• BLS certification required prior to onboarding.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to ensure care programs for employees.
• Formulate health programs based on risk assessments.
• Assist with annual physicals and screenings; document results.
