Job summary

Casa Del Sol Care Center in Las Cruces, NM seeks a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support patient rehabilitation in an in-facility setting.

You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments to restore independence. Licensed or eligible for licensure; NBCOT certification required. A referral bonus program is offered and growth opportunities exist within Powerback Rehab.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE/AOTA‑accredited OTA program.
• Initial NBCOT certification.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Restore, reinforce and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and refer to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Education
