Meadowbrook Healthcare & Rehab in Summertown, TN, seeks a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. You will provide rehabilitative therapies under supervision, supporting older adults in recovery and daily living activities.

The role welcomes candidates with all levels of OTA experience, requires an active state license where applicable, and offers a flexible PRN schedule within our post-acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices under OT supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising OT to adjust treatments.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising OT.
