Meadowbrook Healthcare & Rehab in Pulaski, TN is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program, providing skilled, patient-centered care under OT supervision.

You will administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and progress assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while benefiting from a supportive team and a values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.

• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.

Meadowbrook Healthcare & Rehab in Pulaski, TN, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant for our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities
