Job summary

Infinity Rehab seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team at Wilber Care Center in Wilber, NE on a PRN basis. You will provide direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurologic, and cardiopulmonary conditions, documenting care using NetHealth on a laptop or iPad.

New graduates are welcome and mentorship is provided. We support ongoing CEUs, competitive health benefits, and a 401K for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in occupational therapy is required.
• State OT license is required.
• New graduates welcome with mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with various medical conditions.
• Document treatment, progress, and outcomes in NetHealth.
• Collaborate with OT team under supervision of an OT.
• Deliver therapy services in Wilber Care Center as assigned.
