Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team at Valley Vista Care Center in St Maries, ID. The role focuses on direct patient care for adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.

You will document and communicate treatments under the direction of an occupational therapist, with a flexible schedule option and opportunities for CEUs through CEU360.

Qualifications

• Must have an associate's degree in occupational therapy.
• State license required or eligible for licensure.
• Experience as a COTA preferred but not required.
• Ability to work within standardized assessments and evidence‑based practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with diverse conditions.
• Perform occupational therapy treatments, related documentation, and communication under supervision.
