Arbor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Services in Medina, OH, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team. You will provide rehabilitation services under the supervision of a Licensed Occupational Therapist to improve patients' independence and daily functioning.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, strong communication with patients and families, and collaboration with the rehab team to implement individualized treatment plans in a Skilled Nursing Facility

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid occupational therapy license.
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking skills, basic math.

Responsibilities

• Implements patient's individualized treatment plan as established by the primary Occupational Therapist.
• Work with other rehabilitation team members to implement programs for each patient.
