Job summary

Premier Therapy is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team in Georgetown, OH. This role involves evaluating patients, developing plans of care, and delivering skilled OT treatment on a PRN basis.

You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress. Must be a graduate of an accredited OT program with active license or eligibility in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current OT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment and monitor progress.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and complete required documentation.
