Job summary

Premier Therapy is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR) to support residents in a skilled nursing setting in Burton, OH. You’ll help people regain daily function, independence, and confidence through individualized therapy services.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, developing goal-driven treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, documenting progress, collaborating with the nursing team, and educating residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license (OTR) in Ohio (or eligible).
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric rehab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop goal-driven plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment and adaptive strategies.
• Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes per facility and payer standards.
• Collaborate with nursing and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Educate residents and families to support carryover and safety.
