Job summary

Premier Therapy LLC in Georgetown, OH is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team. The role offers flexible hours ranging from 1 to 9 hours per week and as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current OT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment and monitor progress.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
