Job summary

The Broad River Rehab in Blanchester, OH is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) PRN to cover 15-20 hours per week across 2-3 days in our skilled nursing facility. This role offers a premium pay rate for full coverage and flexible scheduling.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will evaluate and treat residents under physician orders, using therapeutic procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential and independence.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio OT license required.
• OT degree required (Masters or Doctorate).
