Pine Acres Rehabilitation in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for PRN coverage across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will assess patients, create personalized treatment plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and functional recovery.

You will conduct evaluations, implement OT interventions, educate patients and families, and document progress to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments to identify patient's strengths, needs, and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient's physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
• Provide occupational therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, ADL training, and cognitive retraining.
• Monitor and document patient's progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient's treatment and progress.
